Yishai's Bar Mitzvah Parsha is Matos. On the invitation we wrote Mattot, but it's the same thing. Kind of like you say tomato, I say tomahtoe.
Usually Matos-Massei are two Parshios read on the same Shabbos. Every 27 years or so, they are read separately. So, for Yishai's 40th birthday celebration, he can read Matos by itself once again.
